We have events all thoughout the year where we can
really use your help! Please contact
us and make plans to come be apart of the work we do
with the horses.
OPEN HOUSE:
Every July, 2nd Saturday (unless date is changed, watch
our press clippings page for details), is our annual
Open House where we invite the community to come see our
facility, do draft and pony rides, have great speakers,
and so much more!

Horses
staying at Crosswinds have extensive recurring costs. For those with just basic
maintenance needs, these include feed (all Crosswinds horses receive either
Senior, Strategy or sweet feed, depending upon their special needs); hay; mineral
supplement; (treats!); hoof trims; wormer; annual vaccinations. This

| Crosswinds is a membership-based
Incorporation, so the support of regular annual members is a key piece of
Crosswind's financial support. Annual memberships are available for
$25/person, or $35/family. This page explains
how to become a member. |

| As a 501c3
federally-recognized charity, we are REQUIRED to be funded primarily by
donations from the general public. Adoption fees help cover some of our
expenses, but most are covered by our generous donors. This
page explains how you can help. |

| CWER
offers both professional horse
training and professional
hoof care (farrier/blacksmith), and all fees paid
are donations and may be tax deductible! |
