CLASS RING FOUND!
EMAIL US if you've lost a ring at our event...describe the ring in detail,
please...
Everything was popular with our guests....
Pony rides, courtesy of
Tracy R-Cs darling pony Henny Penny (rockers was taking a
much deserved event off, and Buddy's founder has been
bothering him, so he was on the 'injured list' and unable
to assist us with pony rides)
Light horse rides,
courtesy of Kaluf's Lads & Buster!

- Draft rides! courtesy of
CWER Graduate Majesty and CWER permanent resident Tessa!

- Speakers! This
year we worked with a more intense schedule, having
something starting every half hour of the entire event.
This new format was VERY popular and had folks staying
from speaker to demo and back throughout the day.
-
A special thank you to Dr King and Gary Herzog
(Prairielands Feed) for coming down just to be speakers
for us!
-
DEMOS! (photos below)
- Be SURE to check out the photo below of RealTime
Investment (Buster!) going all out on a speed run!
- AnnMarie and Factor did a training demo on communicating
without rein contact.
- Tracy Giese borrowed Majesty from Steve K long enough to
provide a great ground driving demo.
- Tory and Sandy did a superb round pen training demo,
showing how we allow a horse to learn to jump without the
burden of a rider.
- Mike Cross did a farrier demo, trimming permanent
resident Sandy for the crowd, while explaining the basic
care of horse's hooves.
- Andrew K. did a roundpen training demonstration with
wild mustang, Sonny. Be sure to read Sonny's
page for more details on Andrew's training work with
this adorable boy!
!

- MEET THE HORSES! This
year we really strove to have detailed information posted about
every horse on the farm, along with some interesting and
fun facts about horse ownership, rescue, and more.
- AND MORE!
